Version add member #27

https://github.com/ssbc/private-group-spec/pull/25 wiped the v1 definition of group/init. I don't want that to be lost, so I've created an archive of it in this module. I also added the version field to the group/init message to make it easier for developers to spot

I already do this in https://github.com/ssbc/private-group-spec/pull/26 , is it maybe easier to just merge that?
