linux tweaks, and update sbot + plugins to modern #3

@soapdog this makes a few changes:

adds plugins (needed for patchbay)
updates scuttlebot (latest version needed for many of the latest plugins)
fix some path stuff for linux

I've also refactored the setup file so that it's more generalised (mentioned here https://github.com/soapdog/scuttle-shell/issues/1)

This change (making scuttleshell.template.json) works but breaks the windows case. I think it's let me collapse the code down quite a lot for the setup(), but I may have missed something, so let me know if it is no good.

I'm enjoying this a lot already, thanks for putting it together!
