Gossip address broadcasts may actually be multiaddresses

Dissecting in wireshark, i've noticed the packet may be a multiaddress. It would be nice if the guide shared this info somewhere.

Is this still relevant? If so, what is blocking it? Is there anything you can do to help move it forward?
