add pobox diffie-hellman key type #14

context: agreed in meeting that we would use a different type for different recipe context. Both DM and POBox are similar, but have subtle differences, so while they both use diffie-hellman pk/sk, the origin of them is different.

Yeah I guess so? I'm not exactly sure what identities are yet. Are they handles for communication that are not feeds?

We talked about data being used in different contexts and that different recipes should have different bfe?

What do you think, I'm honestly not sure yet

. We have feedId we map to encrypting keys...
