add .npmignore #27

Reduces the size of the tarball

As an aside I really dislike the way npm works by default. I was horrified to find that it pushed up the whole dir including non-versioned versioned files. After that I always have a -npm dir for every module I publish to :(

Yeah, and I don't think .gitignore + .npmignore is the best way of doing it, I'm happy to learn a better way if it exists
