Added references to plugins.md from secret-stack #16

Added more information as requested in #14. Instead of duplicating docs from secret-stack, I pointed the reader to the extra documentation. My reason for doing that is that I fear that if we start duplicating this info, it might end up getting stale and out of sync in the long run. I think it is better to make all plugins point to the plugins.md for more info about generic aspects of building and using plugins and only document their own unique stuff (which is probably mostly configuration)

Yes, excellent thinking. we have quite a few things that are consistent patterns, such as secret-stack plugins, or pull-streams, formats for feed ids, etc. These all become familiar to a ssb dev, but will likely be unfamiliar to a new person.
