Bring all NPM dependencies up-to-date #5

I was originally planning on updating level for https://github.com/Level/leveldown/issues/455, but it looks like npm test is successful even when all dependencies are brought up-to-date.

This was suspiciously easy and I don't completely trust it.

woops, i was about to do the same. you are doing better because secret-stack and pull-level do not break node 10.0.0

Looks good to me. I can't publish a new version to npm, so I'll leave that for someone else.
