Fix the automatic releases #5

@christianbundy managed to fix the automatic builds, but they don't publish it to github. My current guess is that @hermes-bot got detached somehow and since it isn't creating draft releases anymore, travis has nothing to push the files to.

OOPS I think I might have literally just forgot (or, why do I need to to it manually anyway git?) to push the tags
