Rename ebt to gossip in UI, changes tables into sentences #8

obviously, feel free to discard, but I wanted to spend a few minutes making the first aid kit a little more approachable. I can break this up into three commits if you actually want to incorporate any of this.

change label: status to complete human sentences in the main ui
changing the usage of ebt on the main page ui to be more about gossip, and show # of peers
hide target index in main ui if we are fully indexed

more human less tables

Oh and also, I'm just a bit away from pushing a commit that should clarify the ebt view at least a bit.
