extract box + unbox #65

with the arrival of the box2-spec I'd like to see the "box" and "unbox" from this module extracted. Ideally there would be a box1-spec (with clear description + test vectors), and ssb-keys would just just key generation.

we're moving to ssb-db having the ability to register boxers + unboxers and I think this is the right place for these methods to live in the future.

oh, https://github.com/auditdrivencrypto/private-box already exists.

I think the hierarchy of repos we want is :

box1-spec : language agnostic spec
- JS implementation :
- private-box : the js implementation of the spec :heavy_check_mark:
- ssb-private : the js plugin for the scuttelbutt context which (in the future) hooks box/ unbox methods into ssb via ssb-db#addBoxer and ssb-db#addUnboxer
- Go implementation ...
- Rust implementation ...
