Context: I'm trying to split things up, so that each spec deals with one specific thing. And then have https://github.com/ssbc/ssb-meta-feeds-migration as the overview

I thinking of doing the following changes:

exactly define operations and focus on high level abstractions including metadata
move the bendy butt details to the end
~move the v1 part over to the overview~
probably keep the Key management, identity section and only have it be about that
remove Identity backwards compatibility
Tone down the use cases a bit
