Linking to metafeed #6

Consider if we instead of just linking to a meta feed should use a consent based linking (without the id?) from https://github.com/ssb-ngi-pointer/fusion-identity-spec.

To keep this as simple as possible we use single messages. Clarified how a meta feed can be superseeded in latest commit.
