Is there a way to list plugins?

I get this: $ ssb-server plugins install|uninstall|enable|disable

I also tried $ ssb-server --help, but did not find an options for listing the installed plugins

Is this still relevant? If so, what is blocking it? Is there anything you can do to help move it forward?
