Quick Menu won't open Incognito/Private Window #730

In Quick Menu --> Search Actions, setting any of the search engine options to Open in Incognito Window means that they don't do anything when triggered (apart from closing the quick menu). Current/new/background tab settings all work fine.

On my previous Windows 10 install I had two Firefox profiles set up, and oddly had this behaviour on my secondary profile but not on my main one. Now I've done a clean reinstall of Windows 11 I'm seeing it on both, which makes me think it's a default config setting in either FF or CS. (For clarity these profiles were created from scratch, not imported from my old FF install.)

And the genius answer to my own question is that Run in Private Windows must be allowed in the management page. Duh...
