List the names of UPNs who don't have MFA for the message to be more explicit

This is what we currently have

Additional context Currently a similar logic in place for the BG controls where they only return some of the UPN. i.e., s@**.onmicrosoft.com

The feature addition works as expected in the 163cspmdev tenant . However, I see some odd behavior in 163gccspm tenant (screenshot attached). The 2nd UPN should not be reported here. This problem seems related to users MFA methods.

Hence, I am reopening this ticket.
