Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Table Headers in the workbook for ItemName, Comments, Status, ITSG Control and Mitigation are required in French

Question The table names in the workbook does not impact the field names anywhere else? i.e., the data remains the same despite the workbook table names changing?
