scripts/kpt/* were git cloned from the monorepo branch
hydrate.sh updated to KPT_VERSION='v1.0.0-beta.43' & NOMOS_VERSION='v1.15.3-rc.2' to match the container. This will either require a change to monorepo or the pipelines to observe this version.
Container version moved to 2.0.0 which is a breaking change, manual intervension required.
