apiGroupssettingsService.php missing from google-api-php-client-read-only #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. svn checkout http://google-api-php-client.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ 
google-api-php-client-read-only
2. It is mentioned in documentation 
<https://developers.google.com/google-apps/groups-settings/setup> for the 
Groups Settings API (php version) to include 
src/contrib/apiGroupssettingsService.php
3. This file is missing from the svn.

Aupport for the Groups Settings API has been added as of r388.
