Error calling https://www.googleapis.com/latitude/v1/currentLocation?alt=json: (403) Access Not Configured #34

Good day. I've edited: client id, client secret and setredirecturi. Tried the 
example, google asked me permission to share info, and then i recieve error on 
callback - Error calling 
https://www.googleapis.com/latitude/v1/currentLocation?alt=json: (403) Access 
Not Configured

Have you enabled access for the latitude api in the google api console?

It should say "ON" next to Latitude API here:
https://code.google.com/apis/console/b/0/?pli=1#:services
