What's this PR do?

Revamps adding and editing movies
use encodeURI and decodeURI for internal links, catching more edge cases
Stops the search bar from being rendered on the initial load
Makes alt text smaller
Scroll to errors when editing/adding a movie
Makes the member names internal link to see which movies they have chosen

How should this be manually tested?

What are the relevant issues/tickets?
