Mostly already functional, except for WK radicals that differ from RTK and some RTK3+ (2200.md+) kanji that i forgot to annotate that way.

Checked all kanji 2200.md until 3046.md in the rtk3-remain folder by eye, checked all occurences of "two s", "three s", etc. (regex: elements: .*two .*s, etc. - except two hands doesn't have anything to do with this) Kanji 1-2200 from RTK1 should be fine since the start, since they were already annotated by my predecessor.
