Add settings menu

Menu that pops up a new window with all kinds of detailed options like maximum number of search results, etc.

The main screen should only have the most important options like RTK mode, so in the settings menu we can put all kinds of detail options.

Options:

• [ ] maximum number of search results shown (initially)
• [ ] Toggle whether the compound is added to clipboard everytime you add a kanji to clipboard
• [ ] dictionary search link, e.g. https://jisho.org/search/[searchterm], could be replaced by https://jisho.hlorenzi.com/search/[searchterm] for example
• [ ] Whether to show the WK button for each kanji, or another button, like the dictionary search link replacement
• [ ] Console LogLevel (e.g. silent)
• [ ] tbd

Buttons:

• [ ] Save (saves to browser storage)
• [ ] Cancel (cancels all changed settings)
• [ ] Export (saves to XML or json maybe)
• [ ] Import (from XML/json/)
