order search results by number/precision of radical hits (and keyword hit) #3

e.g. when searching for "private moon", 肘 shouldn't be #1, but e.g. 胎 or 能. More simply: "tsunami return" ("water re-" in RTK) should give 涙 first, not 治.

-> first count radical/keyword hits, then order results by amount of hits and maybe completeness (e.g. for "tsunami cross" ("water ten"), 汁 should come before 準, though in most cases that's probably covered by search score)

at least exact RTK keyword matches go first in results now. image
