make db location configurable (dropbox, owncloud, ...) #2

Problem

Currently the keystore db is created in ~/.qeystore/qyestore.db, which will in most cases not be in a dropbox, owncloud, ... shared folder

Solution

Make keystore location configurable and only store location in ~/.qeystore.
