French Accents like "é" Album Title Error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing a .flac track on foobar2000 containing french accents in the album 
title like "Mangé"
2. Error Occured 76 Functions Search Image File on CDARTDISPLAY.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error alert and found the correct path with accents to display the cover.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
foobar2000 1.3.1
plugin CD Art Display 3.0.145

Please provide any additional information below.

This seems to be more or less a duplicate of issue 6, i.e. the inability of CAD 
to handle Unicode paths / file names (foo-cdartdisplay itself already is 
Unicode aware).

Also, CAD does not seem to be actively developed anymore, and 
http://www.cdartdisplay.com/ is not reachable these days. Lastly, I'm not using 
CD Art Display anymore, so there's very little chance that this issue will ever 
be fixed.
