Currently, I am on 1.0.47 and from my initial testing, I can see if I select a particular quality for a video, it gets set to global.
Suggestion. Make a global Max speed in settings and if a user selects a particular speed for a video, let that be for that video only, dont take that selection outside of that video playback instance.
