Support for OpenID #283

We use OpenID for authentication on peertube. This prevents us from authentication with the client.

Are you using this peertube plugin https://framagit.org/framasoft/peertube/official-plugins/-/tree/master/peertube-plugin-auth-openid-connect or a different setup?
