Clean up after installation #3

Remove all the folders used to install Doxygen after its installation, cleaning up the workspace.
Added a test to ensure that the cleanup was successful.

Thanks a lot. I have not yet come across a scenario where this was relevant, but it is definitely an improvement over the status quo. Also thanks for adding a testing bit to the CI.
