11 remove big files from git history #13

This removes the undesired files that lived in git lfs such that HEAD is clean and we can remove them from the history with BFG, see "your current files are sacred" therein for why it leaves HEAD alone.

should just be able to merge this as is, as the master has nothing noteworthy yet. didn´t want to do it myself without someone having seen it and violate review rules :) @iulusoy
