One to watch: https://github.com/grai-io/grai-core ELv2 licensed, advertising as open source on HN, their repo, their website, their YC page. Looks to have always been ELv2.

Developer didn't really answer my questions but they have provided responses that seem understanding. Does not currently meet the criteria of this repo, but noting here as it would be interesting to track.
