Couple of interesting scenarios where it could be said that branding is mandated, with the use of the AGPL provided as the reason:

Find on APITable, which led me to Metabase. Metabase contributor has cleared things up, so they may be addressing the point of confusion. Adding here just so I don't forget to see where these lead.

Metabase issue looks to have been addressed, now changed from the old wording. Could be added to the addressed cases as a positive example.
