Create new login #90

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry this does not follow the description template, but it is less about the 
ARIS software and 
more about simply accessing the site.

I seem to be unable to create a functioning login. I've attempted to create 
accounts with two 
different e-mail address. Despite receiving feedback that the account was 
created, I'm unable to 
login. The second attempt through an SQL error.

I attempted accounts at both anthony.helm@dartmouth.edu and kajiai@gmail.com
