Automatic Restart #239

On a number of occasions I have to upgrade the build on the client/server I'm 
sshing into. Sometimes, in other cases, connections can be flaky and you can 
lose your connection to the putty window.

Issue: 
A user has to manually restart these closed sessions by doing the following -
1) Right Click on SuperPutty SSH tab
2) Click "Restart Session"
3) Session gets restarted

Request: 
Please add an option in Settings to automatically restart ssh connections that 
have closed down. 

This is definitely a must have! :)

Please refer to Kitty (a variant of putty) that implements this great feature!
