Incompatibility with putty 0.63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update putty.exe to 0.63

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When open new session a new window opens (like putty without superputty).
Before 0.63 session opens as tab in superputty window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 (64-bit) 
Superputty 1.3.0.11
