SettingsDialog has no way to override 'windowedResolutions', thus a set of 
windowed resolutions are displayed even if not applicable to the current 
system.  Would be best to expand the range to 'include' what mode reports as 
well as some basic ones that might not be listed like 320x240, or at the very 
least let the user override it.  A max of 1280x720, for example, is still tiny 
on many screens now.
