Fix docs badge, epub docs build #11

The PR based readthedocs builds do not run the epub ones (which may need another fix) so didn't notice that for built files like the graphviz we should ignore the unkown mimetypes. Docs badge pointed to wrong project.

FYI: I set this branch as a "version" so it would do a full build in RTD, which succeeded: https://readthedocs.org/projects/dplutils/builds/22366547/
