Waiting on comment from Sam Batzli on if there is a good default range (beyond -1 to 1) or a good default colormap.

coverage: 85.374%. remained the same when pulling baa1a1b753c0206ca29eac3520b03509d2baa00b on djhoese:feat-normalized-burn-ratio into 9d531a9a07d82f3f04ab1b5bb7bff0cd342883a4 on ssec:main.

I talked with Sam on slack and -1 to 1 is the expected range. He did ask that I change the use of M07 for the higher resolution I02 so I've done that in my most recent commit.
