Request: to be able to read a multi-band ABI CMI file.

Rationale: simplify data fetch for users comparing bands

Sample data:
/fjord/awg/ait/dc/noaa/goesr/abi/20171001/L2/G16/MCMIPC
OR_ABI-L2-MCMIPC-M3_G16_s20172742332196_e20172742334568_c20172742335088.nc

Not sure if you can have / need a default band to show, but if so, might want to make it an IR, like band 13.

[ ] find a test case
[ ] implement multi-band return from goesr module (same interface as current, but multiple instances from a single file)
[ ] update goesr importer to use multi-band interface when populating metadata and importing data
