Add 'Render HD' to selected ride #5

Until we're caching HD rides in the DB, trying to render each in HD will take up too many Strava API calls to do one for each.

Add a button with the 'remove' and ' view on strava' button to 'render in HD' to fetch full line from Strava.

will see if anyone asks for this, so far summary lines seem to be working.
