[Performance] Since adding WEEKLY and MONTHLY feature, the data retrieval is very slow #3

Indeed, we do query the WEEKLY and MONTHLY using the same full workflow as the DAILY.

If we already know that we want to load all the DAILY, WEEKLY and MONTHLY data, we can imagine some shortcuts that may gain a lot of time.

PyGazpar has to be amended in that way.
