COMMAND Key as Hotkey on Mac Not Recognized #283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. iReader Options on Mac (Chrome Menu | Tools | Extensions)
2. Enable Hotkey checkbox
3. Type CMD+I in textbox

What is the expected output?
CMD+I

WORKAROUND:
Enter CTRL+I in textbox (Note: CTRL vs. CMD).
This will output CMD+I in textbox and work as CMD+I once saved
(not clear how to enter a CTRL hotkey)

Mac OS X Lion
