iReader icon disappeared - can't access the extension #306

I have version 1.3.0.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Previously used iReader successfully on Chrome 16.0.912.63 on Mac OS X 10.7
2. Recently updated Chrome and reinstalled all my extensions.
3. New extensions included Ad Block Plus.
4. iReader icon no longer appears in the omnibar, so I cannot access the 
functionality.

What is the expected output?
I can click on the iReader icon and access the iReader display of content.

What do you see instead?
No icon; unable to access the iReader extension.

Browser:
Chrome or Firefox?
Chrome 16.0.912.63

Operating system:
Mac OS X 10.7

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
