Option for automatically going to the Fullscreen mode when launching iReader #317

Some people prefer, myself included, focusing on one thing at a time and 
disregard multitasking as counter-productive. I imagine, many of the user of 
iReader do.

Using Fullscreen mode to hide browser's user interface and OS's chrome is a 
great step in that direction. Regrettably, at the moment it must be done 
manually every time iReader is used.

Option to go into fullscreen mode automatically when hitting iReader icon would 
dramatically improve user experience in my opinion.

Those of us currently enjoying benefits of Linux could use a macros created via 
the means of CCSM plugin Commands and utility xte.

And example of command line can be found in the link below, given that shortcut 
to activate iReader is "Alt + P".
