changing setting does not work #332

1.changing the setting from normal view to narrow view.
2.then activating ireader shows pages in default layout
3.pressing print button and then returning to ireader help me see the pages in 
my desired layout
4. this problem was not present in chrome 17. after updating to chrome 18, this 
problem shows up
5. ability to change the setting is the only reason i switch from safari to 
chrome. so, i would reaaly like it if you please fix it.
