Hotkeys do not work if pushed multiple times #364

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Hotkey
2. Open news-site
3. Push hotkey (iReader panel will show up)
4. Push hotkey once again ( panel will disappear )
5. Now iReader is not working on current page

Firefox

MacOSX
