What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to this page:

2. Invoke iReader.
What is the expected output?
1. The three-page article rendered as a single page.
2. No annoying banner at the top.
What do you see instead?
1. Only two pages of the three are rendered. At the top of the second page on
the left says "2 of 3" and on the right "2 of 2".
2. Annoying banner at the top, obscuring some of the text.
Browser: Firefox 37.0.1

Operating system: OS X 10.9.4
