Adds back the Clown and Mime #182

Thanks to the code from Unbound Travels, i bring you back the clown and mime. I have no idea why they were removed, and i happened to be my favorite role (clown)

No one lieks clowns? this makes me sad if this isnt going no where close this, ill play gulp INSERT REAL LIFE HERE GULP for all of my violent honking needs

this works, but due to issues discussed. this will not be pulled. https://gyazo.com/148275f31dcaf2055a083b292591678b tested and works -shame- but i guess RP and CLOWNS dont mix. maybe one day
