Lights adjustment... again #189

The lights are now again back to the BS12 lighting system, emitting 2 less tiles than they should.

With the power invested in me (View vars), I can state that the lights on the build the server is running have not reverted back to bay default. I'm not sure what build you are running, but the one the server currently running is correct.
