Radiobutton overlay size #1178

If two radio-buttons are close together, the focus overlay does prevent one of being clicked, even when both buttons are unfocused. Also the overlay has an asymmetric shape. Tried to find the correct CSS property, but failed.

In this picture, the upper button is only responsive from the mid upwards (where it is not overlain) grafik
