In the OpenID Connect settings php warnings are displayed.

I tried and got the same error... but with only OpenIDConnect installed (ExternalAuth not installed)

I think you might need to report the issue with OpenIDConnect: https://github.com/jasperweyne/PiwigoOpenIdConnect/issues
